Hi, P ... no, I didn't take profits on those puts quite yet. Mainly, I want to see how bad is the GDP. Then of course, I must confess that I have ulterior motive -- a devious, underlying intent -- that is likely not very pure. Less pure, certainly, than driven snow or P&G's Ivory soap, for example. My ulterior motive in holding these puts at least overnight (they're Decs) is to reinforce the new strategic objectives of the NOW organization ... evidently, RIGHT NOW (-g- rather, real-time) is occurring an 'unfolding of the end of an era.' Were you aware of that? NOW, I'm told, 'lost their credibility in the political arena when Clinton sold them out.' Further, some sort of 'hideousness' is purported to 'being exposed in the aftermath.' Now: my dear Poet, you must understand that liberal women -- and I suppose all like-minded men as well -- even though THEY have no wombs of their own, the envious b*stards -- are 'redefining themselves' to posture as some of sort of 'caring support type of agency.' In the form of illicit, back-alley style book, poetry, music and arts 'clubs' and such. The 'movement' is dead, Poet. Face it. So, making an intolerably long explanation mercifully shorter, albeit late, I intend to make a few bucks so that I can afford to spend money on lunches, books of poetry and recipes, movies, artful pursuits ... tickets to chamber music performances, rock, R&B concerts, etc ... stuff like that. That's why I'm holding these puts overnight ... and in fact, plan to buy many more over the next few weeks and months. -gg- What's your plan now that women must 'adapt' to 'proper and socially acceptable standards' of 50 years past? bia
