Brian, it was Business Week which quoted unanimous sources who had heard Buffett say bla blah. Then this Omaha paper said Buffet called it 'silly', but it seems it was rather a spokesperson for Buffett.

Anyway, we know that even Buffett can't predict 8 years. A few months ago a similar statement was taken out of context and attributed to Sir Templeton.

PS: Money flow [CMF] on a weekly chart is green. Compare how CMF looked last up cycle. It is in the interest of some 'advisors' to keep price low because they're not done buying. In the case of AMAT that's a good thing so the stock doesn't get ahead of itself too much and AD can close his short. stockcharts.com[w,a]waclyymy[pb30][vc60][iUb14!La12,26,9!Lf!Lc20]

Brian,
And today our anemic .007% growth in the quarter ending june 30, might be revised downward below 0 which will cause consumers to return all good purchased with their rebate checks since July 1. Or so they would have us believe. Americans are smarter than this aren't they? mike
