I was shocked and horrified when I saw it.

The two K6 commercials that I saw were wonderful. They were fun, energetic, and above all very positive in nature (it's often bad to use a pessimistic commercial to sell a product). And they very clearly spoke out the benefits of the product (the train ad was speaking at almost unintelligable speed and didn't actually have much conveyance of actual information) without saying too much that would bore the watcher.

The K6-2 "FlatZone" commercials were creative, but just in the "okay" category for me.

If people start hearing the product name in a positive manner, then they may actually start to want the product, instead of settling for one when they can't afford the competition. If this happens, then AMD could get away with not having to sell their product for 60% below the price of the equivalent product from the competition.
