Oh I'm sure the California politicians will try to cancel the contracts, claiming the distributers and utilities somehow cheated them.

Did the state ever pay the power producers for all the power they consumed last winter and this spring?

FTO has been one of the stellar performers in the E&P sector of late. Since a lowering tide lowers all boats, FTO looks like it may have peaked.

Today's trading pattern indicates a possible trend reversal.

This nice thing about this chart is you'll know by the close tomorrow if the trend is indeed reversing.

This one ends up on the watch list.

I mentioned PXD to you yesterday, it followed through as expected, to the downside.
