Yes. Intel has a whole page on hyperthreading now. There are several presentations on it, but I recommend looking at the links on the left on the IDF presentations. Here's the link.

I think the multi-threading stuff is great.

I believe it already exists on SUN CPU's for a while as well as Alpha.

So there is already SW that utlizes such capability.

In light of this technology PIV starts to look like a pretty good chip.

At 0.13 PIV will be a real winner.

Having said that i think Intel will have horrib;le numbers for Q3.

They may preannounce in early september.

That could be a huge oppty to buy the stock.

AMD is toast IMHO.
