Nothing....NOTHING....will scare more people into buying real estate than when Greenie (or his successor in that job) starts raising interest rates

While I don't agree with your unbridled enthusiasm over the RE market, this is a very good point. It will be interesting to see how this plays out because I would think AG will be raising rates at one of the typically slower times of the year.
