<RC can acquire $825K in stock at a price equal to the market price of the common shares from
Oct.1-Oct.10, 2001. At a dime, that's 8.25 million shares, nearly 15% of the active float. >

And at 2 cents per share they will get 40 million shares or 40% of the company !!

Russ,

I appreciate the way you dig out the data to find the true value in this market, but on this one (GEO) I need to ask myself if the potential reward is worth the risk when there are so many other highly leveraged but much less risky alternatives available. After an aggravating experience with TVX in which I made a pile of money and then lost it, I have decided to steer clear of companies that must jump through some difficult hoop (make a payment, get a Greek mining permit, or keep their stock price above $1, whatever) to avoid bankruptcy or huge dilution. So I wish you well on this one, but I'm going to pass at any price.
