I am still amazed that the September NG contract has dropped 33% in two weeks. The forward 12 month contract has made big drops as well.

It seems PENG & EVG had a nice bump on the AGA of 3 and have not followed the commodity down yet. tic toc tic toc

I agree with you totally on energy stocks. I was fortunate to load up in '98, sold alot in aug '00 and the rest early '01. I have been playing with the Canadian energy trusts this year and have had nice success. I currently own FTO and CWEI, small positions at that. Would add to FTO on any pullback tho, the fundamentals are excellent. Jim_p has convinced me to try the darkside, shorted KWK yesterday. I'm looking into other NG E&P short candidates. The situation for NG over the next two months is very bleak.

My first and only other attempt at shorting was Handspring at 84, covered a few days later for a small loss. Handspring now trades at 2 and change. <g>
