I was down in Tampa when a guy ordered oysters. I didn't partake because I was saving up for Grouper. This idiot was eating them on a cracker with sauce and chiding me for not chowing down????

Now I have dug them in Maryland and eaten them dripping with sea water. I took one and no sauce, no cracker, no knife and thumbnailed it loose from the shell and gulped the bivalve. Nothing I like better except grouper.
