naw, I think he is looking longer term at this point. I tend to "sort of" agree with him in the sense that this next washout might be a terrific buying opportunity...but I do expect a washout. September is traditionally a weak month, expecting nothing different this year, except that institutions might also sell some winners along the way to offset the losses.
