Jeff..., You've got'ta Good Think'in Head on your shoulders.
Like your decision....!

Here's another Idea...!

Buy the sawmill for your dad, put up a quick yankee barn in a flat-out-of-tha-way spot for the winter and start milling under that new roof. Stick the lumber and dry it under those green wavey fiberglass panels..., then build everything next year...., including the basement...!

That'll give this fall and winter to further shake the economic tree and see who lands on their feet...! Never know what's gon'na hit Japan this year...?

Personelly..., don't believe Chaney/Bush tax checks will do a damn bit of good and by 2002 the Bush presidency will be in trouble. Could be November 2002 before the sky lifts on these economic imbalances.

Might be hard to sell a foundation if the housing slows in NEast?
There are pockets of housing and commercial rental locations here in Boston that are essentially dead in the water. Just read where Bush raised the taxes on Canadian lumber by 30%...., Nice way to pay back some buddies..., but not to keep the housing market going...?
You might have enough 2x6's for the whole building.

WoW 3 kids under 6..., whata Blast...!
Lucky Guy...!

Safe Journey...!
