If you have not read O'Reilly book I suggest you do. He through his words says a lot of good things about how and what you need to teach young people. I did I think succeed in teaching most of the common sense suggested by O'Reilly. But I was amazed at the way he crystallized the ideas. I'm going to recommend all my children read the book. It has many life lessons. In many places in the book O'Reilly explains how what he did and how he screwed up and give his learned wisdom. The book is very funny in places and very insightful.
