LSI Logic Storage Systems Leads the Storage Industry With Native InfiniBand Demonstration IBM to Present Demonstration at Intel Development Forum (IDF) MILPITAS, Calif., Aug. 28 /PRNewswire/ -- LSI Logic Storage Systems, Inc., a leading supplier of innovative storage solutions for the open enterprise, is now demonstrating the world's first native InfiniBand attachment between application servers and a high performance storage system, LSI Logic's MetaStor(R) E4400. "IBM is pleased to be working with LSI Logic Storage Systems and demonstrating high performance direct attached storage with InfiniBand I/O on our systems," said Dr. Tom Bradicich, CTO for IBM eServer xSeries.
