Just remember that the recommended type of DRAM for 845 chipset PC133 isn't even on table you list. PC133 is probably as high or higher than PC266 in performance.
I confirmed that Intel's documentation inside of retail boxed 845 logicboards indicates it can support 1.5 GB of plain old PC133 SDRAM.
This combination of good performance, low cost of memory and high levels of memory supported leaves little market share for RDRAM based solutions except for those that need 5% extra oomph that RDRAM appears to give over PC133. I am especially troubled by Intel executives bringing up the idea of "stability" when they talk about non SDRAM solutions namely by process of elimination RDRAM.
