I am throwing myself on your mercy. I am so guilty and bad. After complaining about the books on tape you proposed, and agreeing to propose one myself (I had decided on Le Divorce, by Diane Johnson, which is on CD) I am backing out. I am not in the mood! I have no reason or rationale. But I am disgusted with the amount of time i've spent on SI recently, and have this feeling I HAVE to kind of cut back. And so the first step is... i'm not going to do the next book on tape. (I seem not to be listening to them recently, either.) Mea culpa. Please forgive me. Carry on. I'll never complain again, I promise.
