No guarantee that AMD will keep the 20% ... Basically consumers buy
a new computer every 3-5 years. This "model-hurtz" scheme will be
recognized for what it is ... AMD can't keep up in processor speed
and is trying to "dupe" the customer. AMD obviously doesn't think the
customer is very smart.
