Anyone have any information on MSE, a derivative set up to play EMC? I believe it gives 8% of the IPO price and will be paid in EMC shares. There are some call provisions I'm trying to find.

Assuming the bill passes, there is nothing to prevent a company from holding both the traditional annual meeting and the webcast if doing so is in the company's best interests. The only difference is that the regulatory requirement is for the webcast instead of the annual meeting.

As I said, there is no dilution whatsoever of the market and legal controls that protect shareholders. None. Bailey continues to overstate the importance of annual meetings and understate the potential of webcasts in redefining the way corporations deal with an increasingly global shareholder base.
