Some firm in the business of class action suits will make this into one if they think that AMD has enough millions available to pay the settlement or damages. As usual, the firm will get most of the money.

Isn't there a group suing Intel for marketing a P4 that processes instructions at 900MHZ as though it were a 1.8GHZ?

Seems they found out about the half speed P4 runs at when it tries to process instructions.
