A good perspective on the economic situation... Message 16274977 I tend to believe the glass is half full and we are 'in the trough' -- the words used by John Hancock's Chief Economist. He feels Q3 will show improvement. Lots of turbulence and confusion along the way though. Predicting is like forecasting the weather. My gut feeling is that Greenspeak & Co. will cut rates at least 1 more time (as insurance). Best Regards, Scott
