Terry. You're most welcome. We had a big problem with bashers on the original, unmonitored, Strictly Drilling thread. It got so bad that we formed Strictly Drilling II and banned the small clique of trouble makers. Even now they frequently try to bait us from other threads. Gotta wonder about people with that much time on their hands. Paul Kasriel is excellent. One of my favorite economists. Both he and Steven Roach put out consistent high quality work.
