Robert,

I am an investor in InfoSpace and am just trying to get a handle on the
amount of money Infospace will generate from this agreement with your firm.
In other words, you mentioned that your custmers do 10 billion in sales
yearly. Does that figure include all sales via your software programs? If
so, will authorize.net have an opportunity to be involved in transactions
totaling this amount?

Thanks.

Robert,

One last question please. Does this mean that customers of Dydacomp will be
using Authorize.net even when the order is phoned or mailed in by the
customer and not necessarily when it is done over the internet?

Thanks again,

Correct

Datsun,

This is excellent work! This is what all users of these message boards who are serious investors need to be doing more of!

Many times legal departments prefer that the clients they work for (represent) stay away from committing things to the written word (discoverable in a court of law), and would rather converse over the telephone.

So, I take it, when a person is willing to put things into writing in your email, then it is pretty solid information.

Good job, and keep up the good work.

ICCAS Moves to the Web, Powered by Authorize.Net

We're pleased to announce the addition of a brand new internet
transaction processing option for all our ICCAS users. This new option
eliminates the need for modem dial-up using 3rd party communication
packages like IC Verify, and builds the web card processing connection
right into your M.O.M. software. Authorize.Net, today's leading
web-based card transaction network, was contracted by Dydacomp to
design and develop a customized M.O.M. transaction gateway.

New Features

We designed the new ICCAS to address many of the requests from our
users. The new gateway contains an incredible list of benefits and
features to help everyone.

Independence from Processors - The new M.O.M. gateway can
connect you to just about all the major card processing networks.
And, because your gateway connection is independent from
specific card processing networks, you have more freedom to
shop for better credit card rates and services.
Better Qualifying Rates - The new gateway allows M.O.M. to
pass Level 2 information for corporate credit cards making lower
rates available on those transactions. Also, Card Validation
Verification will enable fewer fraudulent transactions, which again
results in lower rates.
E-Check - A brand new service that you can now offer to your
customers. E-check enables you to take a customer check for an
order and deposit the amount with the bank electronically. So,
you can ship the order to the customer without actually receiving
the physical check. Available October.
Two-Pass Processing - Many of our B-to-B users have asked for
this feature Two-pass enables you to obtain an authorization first
on an amount and then actually charge the card later. Because the
authorization allows for small changes to the final total, this feature
enables you to adjust final charges for shipping costs without
having to re-authorize the final amount. You can also override or
void approvals based on address verification, card ID (CVV)
denial or problems with stock availability..
Increased Speed - Both in batch and for single transaction
processing, turn-around speed averages about 4 seconds!
Ease-of-Use and Reliability - Because the connection is
web-based, it is much less susceptible to phone-line interruptions
and disconnects. And, it is very easy to setup. There is no
