Thanks for finding that. I thought it would be a good way to play EMC and capture 8%. After reading that, it looks like they can call it away from you for a price that is basically an 8% return including any gain (or loss) on the share price. That would, in effect, put a lid on appreciation. If I'm reading it right, it is not a good play if you think EMC is going up significantly.....
