S100: Yes my experience as well. VZ employees seem to know the features, and shortfalls of the various models.

Thanks for the info. What part of the country do you live in? I'm not pushing for details from suppliers right now because I won't be upgrading until 1X is available. I have been a Verizon business customer since they bought out Airtouch. In all honesty, I haven't spent a lot of time at the local Verizon store. The stores that I have been in were staffed by what seemed to me to be teenagers at summer jobs. Other than not being able to get many questions answered, I have been very happy with my service. I am looking forward to better call quality and internet capabilities. If I wasn't so cheap, I might have traded my Samsung SCH-211 in for something newer. Samsung SCH-211, now that is a dinosaur but, not extinct.............yet. Best M
