I think the auto industry is giving up on quick commercialization of fuel cells (from things I have read recently and witnessed by fuel cell co. stock prices dropping such as BLDP) and are looking more agressivwely at other alternatives to meet future emmisions reqt's. The hybrid cars (battery and gas powered), already introduced (Honda Insight - Toyota Prius), will probably be the answer for some time to come and because of this battery technologies then become much more important. I have no clue though if VLNC's tech is applicable to this space. Anybody?

Dave...First off...Go Mariners....2ndly, soo many applications out there but, yes, a lite weight bike battery would be wonderful, especially with all our Seattle hills. The EV market has gotta be worth serious investigation. I know in Scandinavia, gas is close to $5. U.S. & how long they'll suffer that is anyone's guess.
Incidentally, did you have anything in Power Battery Holdings Corp? Your name is familiar...perhaps from the years of lurking here.
