heavy supply of homes in Austin Texas

talked to friend in that area
he knows a realtor who reports that in July2k there were 2600 properties on the market in the single family category

now one year later, the number is 6200
that is a 150% rise
that is Dell country, not typical of Texas
tilted toward hightech, as far as I know

prices will be coming down
consumer spending will be coming down
get ready for a full blown recession
