I've checked my math. I'd appreciate your calculation of the 19% figure you throw out so blithely. You are being non-responsive to my point. And I do have one. It is that the number of mortgages in arrears or default is actually trivial, as opposed to some alarmist rate of change statistics that lack materiality but make for hysterical headlines.
