Yes. Absolutely.

Take QCOM, for example, they have only monetized a tiny fraction of the total expected return from the CDMA IP.


There you go, taking that IP into account...

Seems to me that the danger is small.

Furthermore, anyone who is likely to underestimate the total return from CDMA IP (or any other IP for that matter) is likely to under-value IP, no?
