Let's look at PENG! It looks like the aircraft carrier "E&P PENG" just got hit with a torpedo. Isn't that what we asked for? She broke support of the 50 lines on both the Relative Strength and Stochastic Indicators. Very bearish! The long red candle today is a sign of panic. The first of the hands are jumping ship. This candlestick pattern indicates more downside is likely. A look at the 5 day money flow shows PENG is now showing negative money flows. THIS IS IMPORTANT! A look at the 20 day pattern shows PENG still seeing heavy buying at +15. A look at the short term indicator contradicts this pattern and in my opinion, shows the near term direction more accurately. A lot of people misunderstand the money flow indicator because they don't use it to their advantage. A 20 day pattern will add today's money flows and drop the flows of 20 days ago. A lot can happen in 20 days when timing short term movements. Here's a chart showing the 20 day and 5 day movements. A big difference, eh? You want to see them continue on their present course and cross over each other. CCI shows momentum heading south. Another torpedo would help put this ship out of her misery.
