You are so full of it. Don't you liberals ever check FACTS. In 1991 military spending was 328 billion. It gradually decreased to 265 billion by 1996. cdi.org

Why do you say the communistic model fails, any model poorly executed including democracy and capitalism managed poorly will fail and has and often. The form of government does not dictate failure or succes Yes, it does. But believe what you want.
