It seems that he offered a preliminary definition of a Cluck in an earlier post. This will need refinement, but we can start. Cluck (kluk) n 1. One who expresses disapproval by making a clicking sound with their tongue against the roof of their mouth. 2. A member of a small group which natters idly and without apparent meaning, such as in a quilting circle. viz "pick a little, cluck a little, pick, pick, pick, cluck a lot, pick a little more." I'm sure neo can do much better, but this gives him some material to start with.
