Nikkei falls further; banks on the skid

TOKYO (CBS.MW) - Japan's Nikkei extended its losses Thursday after hitting a 17-year low the previous day. Banking shares fell again amid fears that a prolonged weakness in Japanese stock prices would eat up their asset value. see full story

No argument there; its how I make my living, though it is often the most inefficient way of resolving even the most legitimate of disputes.

You survived two generations of lawyers? Good God, this downturn must pale by comparison! LOL
