Just because it is the greatest country doesn't make it immune to the forces of human emotion and bad economics.

FWIW...fair value of the Nasdaq is around 400 given historical standard and the current earnings picture. And no, I don't believe in the "it's a new era" line either. Will Nasdaq go to 400? Actually, I don't think so, but where it's at now is far from where it will be and it won't be up.

Nikkei is in the process of completing a triple zigzag from the 38,000 high.

Right now the Nikkei is in it's last fifth wave down in it's triple zigzag. I'm approximating a test or break of 10,000 in the next few days, (the first wave down was 2500, and so far this fifth wave has dropped 1500-1700 points).

I know it may sound crazy, but the Nikkei is on the verge of a new bull market.
