First of don't ever call me a liar. Second off, we wasted a lot of money in those eight years which could have been spent wisely instead of blowing the future on "two years" when spending nothing would have resulted in the same thing. Third, we saved absolutely no Lives by moving the demise of the Soviets up two years. So Reagan again I say did nothing in terms of the demise of the Soviets, I gave you two years but his efforts may have lengthened their survival by two years as well.
