Not a technicality

astn knew all along it was imporper jurisdiction. They never expected to have to go through with the lawsuit. they were merely trying to silence me by harassing me with the frivolous lawsuit. If they truly intended to see me, they would have filed in CA where it belongs. Of course we have antislapp here so it would have been dismissed instantly and they would have had to pay all my fees.

astn's attorney was even trying to scare me at the hearing saying not only could I lose the entire hearing but because I showed up there was now jurisdiction. He was obviously lying to me or stupid. He wanted me to deal with him right then and there and I said I was prepared for the hearing so I'll take my chances. He lost.

If you think astn's lawsuit had such merit, how come they spelled fred's name wrong and even got the year of the ipo wrong, besides numerous other things like mixing up my posts with other people's posts? They sued me to harass me into silence and they LOST.

Gosh, I remember you guys stating that I would lose, go to jail, they would own all I have, blah, blah, blah. You sure were wrong. My predictions again have come to pass. I said it'd be dismissed due to lack of jurisdiction if astn didn't withdraw the lawsuit sooner in order to save their own face. They should have withdrawn it then at least they wouldn't be looking like the bad stupid guys.
