I think brees seriously misunderstood the context and meaning of the snippets he exerpted. Whether he did so intentionally, or whether he just didn't understand, I don't know. But I had neither the time nor the interest in mixing it up with him. He wasn't misquoting me, so it didn't affect me directly, he corrected the factual mistake he made when I asked him to; for the rest, it wasn't my fight, and I'm in enough battles already not to go seeking new ones I don't need.

Is that clear enough??

BTW, I think the discussion of The Yellow Wallpaper we had was very enlightening and got a lot of interesting points out. I enjoyed it, and hope we keep the thread and book discussions going.
