Whenever they express the desire to make Israel an Islamic country, they are outvoted by major parties. By the way, Labor coalition and Likud are not split 50/50; combined they got 34% of the votes in last elections and control only 45 of 120 Knesset members. Also, many Arabs vote for Labor and Likud, and both parties have Arabs on their Knesset tickets.
