You know what? In my many years of listening to hypesters shill for their soon-to-be-delisted companies, EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM keeps listing all the reasons why their company won't be delisted..

"Oh we can reverse split it" or
"It has to be under $1 for 6 months" or
"Really, a low price does not mean automatic delisting"

all of which are technically true- but you know what? whenever i hear the shills start telling me why a company will not be delisted, it always ends up meaning the company will be delisted very soon.

face it, there was never a company at infospace, merely a guy named naveen selling hundreds of millions of dollars worth of insider shares while ripping off every employee and customer to come within 20 feet of him. INSP has no revenue that hasnt been cooked, and has never had a profit since day one. Well, unless you count the billions of dollars of "profit" that naveen and his cronies made by duping investors. I guess in some sense that could be considered a profit- but one that came out of the pocket of shareholders.

BTW- is Naveen in jail yet? you'd think with all of the securities fraud allegations against him and racketeering charges brought by former employees that he would have long ago had the shiny bracelets slapped on him. but amazingly, he still walks free. he can only settle so many cases out of court before he runs out of cash.. then again a half billion dollars goes a long way in "hush" money.. LOL.
