Hi Kenny, sorry about your Janus Funds, but I'm sure you're diversified.

A father of one of my son's friends was complaining to me about the markets back in February. I told him dead on to expect at least another 20% drop.

He didn't want to hear that.

In May, I was on the boat with another friend, NASDAQ was at 2300. I could not convince him that based on historical valuations and trend lines the NASDAQ was heading for 1400 and the S&P heading for 900 - 1000.

From a psychological standpoint, I think we are almost done. One more leg down and then some bouncing in a lower trading range on lower volume.

That's my guess. Of course, if the Japanese Banks go under and/or the Yen is devalued, welll it could cause quite a shock to our markets and our economy.
