Jim,

STLW management was not referring to any one specific company. They were asked about forward guidance and when pushed said they had a gut feeling storage would recover first since the amount of demand for online storage of EMAIL is not being reduced. They have not empirical data.

From their 10K:

Customers

We sell our products primarily to optical communication OEMs and resellers. In some cases, we sell our products directly to contract manufacturers who, at the direction of our customers, incorporate them into products being assembled by these contract manufacturers for our customers.

A small number of customers have historically accounted for a significant portion of our net sales. For the fiscal year ended April 30, 2001, our three largest customers and their respective contract manufacturers accounted for
32% of our net sales, with McData Corporation, Alcatel Network Systems and Cisco Systems accounting for 11%, 11% and 10% of our net sales, respectively. For the fiscal year ended April 30, 2000, our three largest customers and
their respective contract manufacturers accounted for 44% of our net sales, with Cisco Systems, Nortel Networks and Alcatel Network Systems accounting for 26%, 10% and 8% of our net sales, respectively. For the fiscal year ended
April 30, 1999, our three largest customers and their respective contract manufacturers accounted for 43% of our net sales, with Nortel Networks, Cisco Systems and Alcatel Network Systems accounting for 27%, 10% and 6% of our net
sales, respectively.

If you assume a 65 mil dollar burn rate, then CORV has 1.96 in cash per share.
