New lows on the move for the Dow, SPX, COMPX, NDX and OEX is bullish, correct? Blech. The SOXX relative strength is impressive. Last time the Naz was down here, smelly was 5% lower. This either means we're gonna rally with Soxx leading OR it's gonna catch up on the downside soon. Place your bets. the freep
