Yes, CCR has always claimed they were protected from interest rate increases due to lower prepayments. That's in a "normal interest rate increase environment". With increasing unemployment (and record low equity ownership) the premise that servicing will be profitable will be SEVERELY tested. I agree that originations will drop sharply.

They will make their quarter in Q3. I doubt they make it going forward.
