I agree that it's as irrational on the downside as it is on the upside. I believe SUNW is still above fair value with profits of, what, nothing and tens of Billion in market cap. So where would such an irrational downside take it?

This is NOT capitulation. As I said yesterday, the worst is yet to come.

I think we may have a problem with the October mutual fund flush and December tax-loss selling. So I doubt it's over. However, when things turn around (and they will, eventually) I expect SUNW to be a leader.

Also, should signs of a turnaround come before the end of the year (increasingly unlikely, unless Dubya comes in off the ranch and actually does something), we could get an explosive rally.
