Plus, NOWHERE does anyone seem to remember, even after the "humongous, gigantic, irresponsible" Bush tax cut,(being phased in way too slowly) tax rates are still higher then they were BEFORE THE CLINTON TAX INCREASES.

We are paying for that tax increase in so many ways, not the least of which is our current anemic growth rate.

Democrats do not understand economic cycles or lag time and probably never will.

BTW -- You would think that doctors (a very liberal group) would understand the concepts of cause and effect better than they do. For some reason they have difficulty transferring this concept from medicine to economics.
