Or Israel can do as it has done--target only those individuals known to Israel to be personally and, in effect, professionally engaged in the business of attacking Israel. Of course, this is not true. The reason for the outcry over "Arafat sending 12-year olds to the front lines" is to deflect the reality that Israel is most imprecise in its targeting, to the point where one wonders if it is deliberate. Furthermore, it is civilian Israelis who are colonizing and attacking the Palestinians. Tom
