well it should be an interesting week ahead. if the NAZ fills that 1750 gap area and starts to rebound, I'm sure that the cheers will go up proclaiming a successful test of the lows. Being that this is the Labor Day weekend many of the regulars are scheduled to 'come off the bench' next week. The crowd will be cheering them on in anticipation and hoping they have their rally caps on. But will they? or will they slap it down to test this weeks low? time will tell. If they do start to ramp it up shortly after Labor Day it could be one hell of a rally.....I'm sure that many very profitable short position will be closed thus accelerating the move. But there are problems, this little matter of recession and the fact that there will not, in my opinion, have been a capitulation fear factor before the rally. none the less, I like the chance for a good hit on the long side, the risk/reward ratio is compelling and worth the shot, particularly for those that are playing with house money made from the short side.
