At what point does bush become responsible?

Next year. We are now seeing the effects of AG's policy of tighter $ play itself out. Today's ecomony is the result AG was looking for. Bush was a Govenor at the time it started.

>>At what point does bush become responsible? << Practically never. Bush's responsibility is to stay out of and keep government out of the way of the great success of the American people. Bill Clinton had little to do with the success of the 90's. Congress & Clinton get credit for not going ga ga over federal expenditures as the coffers began to fill-up. But Bill Clinton had NOTHING to do with the success of a Bill Gates in creating jobs, exporting product helping the balance of payment. Nor did Clinton or Al have anything to do with the digital technology that puts in nearly everyone's hands communication devices, great thinkers like Irwin Jocobs did. Thats what creates prosperity. Don't overburden the people with taxes and regulations and the economy will grow.

If you are one that doesn't believe that the above has a far greater impact than what a president can do I have 2 questions:

1- Name one thing Clinton did that created the great economy?
2.-Tell us what you think a president can do besides reducing taxes( done) and making a cheaper source of capital (done) in the form of interest rates.
