<It is clear now that GW is clueless and totally impotent and his Treasury Secretary is if anything an order of magnitude less able to realize what we are faced with never mind start doing something about it.>

L,

Your constant criticism of GW and gang is not productive. Why not offer solutions? GW pushed through as much Fiscal stimulus as the Dems would allow. What else to you expect him to do? Do you think O'Neil should advocate a weaker dollar? I sure don't.

Regards,

Golf

Limtex: Hmm... can't possibly mean limited text. Since you are an expert on the powers a President has to fix irrational animal spirits, how about your prescription instead of simply bitching.

L- Never mind GW and the treasury secretary, what the hell is Greenie thinking of with only going 1/4 pt last two cuts.
He should have and still be doing 1/2 point cuts. There is not the slightest hint of recovery but yet he is acting as if there is.
Q has held up well in this current plunge. But agree it can only swim against the tide for so long. We might see final capitulation in this downleg, might as well get it over with. Wonder what levels we'll wind up at, NAZ 1000???
