Here's a decision that should be worth some discussion.

A federal judge has upheld Florida's law banning homosexuals from adopting children, accepting the state's argument that the law in the children's best interests because married heterosexual couples provide children with a more stable home.

Will be interesting to see whether this is sustained or overturned on appeal. I'm sure it will be appealed.
