I am looking for a strong short covering rally at some point.

ORCL has been able to meet or beat earnings estimates. Institutional equity funds have to keep a percentage of their funds in stocks.

i thought naz was past the top at 3500 - and it was on its way to 5200. i thought it was below its bottom at 2100 on its way to 1800.
