Novellus (NVLS) 46.73 -0.78: On mid-qtr conference call, company affirms SepQ revenue and EPS guidance, but bookings at $160 mln will be at the low end of its earlier guidance. Shipments should be just below $200 mln...stock at -0.73 vs 4 pm close
